What to do in case of a defective item?

Depending on the service and region/country you are returning your item(s) to, it usually takes up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your return to be delivered and processed by our returns team.

If your return is marked as delivered, don't worry, our returns team will contact you via email once the return is processed to confirm your refund if applicable.
