Can I exchange my items?

We are not able to make any changes to your order once you have clicked the "Place Order" button:

Shipping/billing address

Adding items to your order

Shipping method.

There is no option to cancel your order in your account section. Once the order is placed, it is too late to cancel it.

You will have to follow our return procedure. Click here to learn more.

If you do not have a customer account, we are not able to cancel the order for you.

*If you entered an incorrect address during checkout, we cannot be held responsible for the order disappearing. We are not required to refund/replace this order.
