Returns

The item does not meet your expectations? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to resolve the situation.

For a return, simply contact our customer service department within three business days of receiving your order. A member of our team will ensure that you receive the necessary information to coordinate the return.

Items purchased online can be returned free of charge to our warehouse or distribution centers. A fee equivalent to the shipping rate will be applied for return options by mail or our delivery service.

Original Packaging

We take great care in packaging your items to prevent damage in transit. Please keep the labels and return your item in its original packaging.

Condition of the item

The item must be returned or exchanged in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

Exclusions

Returns do not apply to custom-made products and those labeled "final sale".

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on items removed from their packaging or accepted as is during pickup or installation by our experts.

RHO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
