First of all, we hope you enjoyed the event!
Please know that anything you purchase at an RHO event can only be returned for store credit, we do not offer exchanges.
Simply contact our customer service people and send them the following information:
- Full name
- E-mail address
- Delivery address
- Photograph or scanned copy of your receipt - The cashier will have provided the receipt at the event.
Once we have received the return at the warehouse, we will send you credit for the full value of the item(s) in question. Please note that it may take up to 21 days to complete the process.
