In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information so that we can resolve this issue for you quickly and efficiently:

Your order number

The name of the item you did not receive

The name of the item you received in its place

A clear photograph of the item you received, including the logo

Once we receive the above information, our customer support team will sort it for you as soon as possible!
